A healthy gravy based curry prepared with fresh green spinach leaves and various spices. with the richness of kaju.

Wash palak properly. I have use some roughly chopped Palak also. Boli water in a kadai. add pinch of salt and palak. add Palak, 4 to 5 kaju, green chilli, ginger garlic cloves.

Boil for 3 minutes. Sieve palak and cool dowan by adding Cold water to maintain green colour. Grind in a mixture jar & make smooth paste.

Next chopped onion and tomato. Heat oil in a kadai. add onion, tomato add 1 green chilli. saute it for 3 minutes. add pinch of salt, turmeric powder and cumin coriander powder.cool down it.

To make gravy, grind the mixture. add turmeric powder, red chilli, cumin coriander powder, garam masala in a curd.

Fry kaju in a oil. add cumin seeds, asafoetida, cinnamon stick, cloves, whole pepper, anise, big cardamom Anise.

Add dry red chilli and tomato mixture gravy.add Salt as required.

Saute it well. add curd spices mixture. saute till oil releases.add kitchen King masala & palak gravy. add fried kaju. mix it nicely.

Cook for 2 minutes. Take in a serving plate. place some fried kaju. grate cheese. serve hot Royal Palak kaju masala with paratha or tandoori roti. Everyone like this delicious dish.
