Heat a pan, add water. Let your water come to boil. Then add cumin seeds, salt and ghee or oil.

Add rice flour and mix well and turn off the flame and rest for 5 to 7 mins.

Assemble the rice flour, chopped coriander leaves, grated ginger, Desiccated coconutpowder, chopped green chilli mix everything together and knead the smooth dough.

One smooth and oily to touch, divide the dough in equal sized balls (portion)

Roll out into thick/ thin make round roti.Heat tawa, place rice flour roti and add some ghee or oil. Cook till soft and well cooked.

Turn and add some ghee & cook both sides roti, until golden light brown patches. All rotis make into the same process...

Rice Flour Masala Roti is ready. Serve with bhathua saag or aloo rassa or chutney, or tangy achar per your choice 😊❤️
Tips
when making rice flour masala roti, always add some salt and ghee,then roti make more soft and delicious. Always used making dough in boiling water.
