5eggs
150 gsugar
200 gbutter melted and cooled
150 gyoghurt
Vanilla extract
500 gself raising flour
6pears/apples

Mix eggs and sugar with a mixer for 10min

Mix in butter

Using a spatula mix in yoghurt and flour
4

Put mix in a tin and cover with wedges of apples/pears
5

Bake 45min 160 C fan
