  • 5medium potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbspolive oil
  • 3 tbsplemon juice
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 tspdried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

Total Time: 10 mins prep + 40 mins cook

    Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. 2

    Toss potato wedges with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. 3

    Spread on a baking tray, roast 35–40 mins until golden and tender, turning halfway.

Tips

Don’t overcrowd the tray; leave space for potatoes to crisp.
