Ingredients

7 mince pies
  • 350 gFlour
  • 225 gButter
  • 1 pinchPinch salt
  • 1/2 tspCinnamon
  • 100 gCaster sugar
  • 3-4 tbspWater

Steps

    Preheat oven to 160°C.

    Chop butter into squares.

  3. 3

    Add butter to flour and salt, rub to make crumbs.

  4. 4

    Add sugar and cinnamon, mix.

  5. 5

    Add water, knead into a ball.

  6. 6

    Roll out on a floured surface.
