Today I have made a tasty delicious Palak pulao. It's very easy to make.
Steps

Add a bunch of palak in a hot water, remove in 3 minutes and transfer into a bowl of ice cold water to cool down. Take blanched palak into a grinder jar and blend it into a smooth thick paste.

Now add chopped all bell pepper and sweet corn kernels, mix it properly and cook on low heat for some times. Then add grounded palak paste, salt, mix it properly and cook on low heat for some times.

Heat oil and butter add chopped garlic, fry few seconds then add chopped green garlic, saute few seconds.

Now add cooked rice, mix it lightly. Turn off the flame. Palak pulao is ready.

Tips
Palak puree must be smooth in texture.
Add a splash of water if rice is dry .
