Clean Tindora.Slit each into four pieces.

Add besan in a bowl.Add red chilli powder,tumeric and salt and then put the tindora pieces and mix well.If required add little water and mix well.

Heat oil in sauce pan.Put the tindora pakodas and fry till they are golden in colour.

Fry the cashew in oil remove it on tissue paper.Then fry curry leaves and remove it on tissue paper.

Mix the fried cashew curry leaves with the tindora pakodas.Add little red chilli powder and salt and chat masala (optional) and mix well.

Serve with plain rice and Smbhar as side dish.
