Ingredients

  1. 1 lbExtra Firm Tofu
  2. Panko Breadcrumbs
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1/2 cupFlour
  5. Turmeric
  6. Ground Ginger
  7. Cayenne Pepper
  8. Coconut Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Drain tofu and cut into squares at 1/2" thick.

  2. 2

    Beat eggs in one bowl. Pour panko into another bowl. Pour flour, Turmeric, Ginger and Cayenne into a third bowl.

    Heat coconut oil over medium high heat until suitable for frying.

  4. 4

    Cover each tofu square first in flour mixture, then beaten eggs, then Panko.

  5. 5

    Pan fry each side until browned golden.

  6. 6

    Lay tofu on metal rack over sheet pan and bake at 350 for 10-5 minutes.
