Ingredients

  • 8 dlOat Milk
  • 5 dlPlain Flour
  • 0.5 tbs Baking Powder
  • 1.5 dlAquafaba (from chickpeas)
  • 600 gVegan sausages (or other meat / tofu substitute)
  • 1Leek (or yellow onion)
  • 200 gMushrooms
  • 1Bell pepper (any colour)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lingonberry jam

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Mix the flour, aquafaba, baking powder and oat milk until it is smooth without any lumps. Leave it to yeast for 15min.

  2. 2

    Fry the sausages and all the veggies until all the water has been removed.

  3. 3

    Mix everything in a oven dish and put in the oven for 30 - 35min at 200 celsius.

  4. 4

    Serve with lingonberry jam
