  • 200 gJaggery
  • 1 tablespoonGhee
  • 1 pinchBaking soda

    Melt jaggery in a pan with a little water to make syrup.

    Test syrup by dropping a bit into water; if it forms a ball, it's ready.

    Add ghee and baking soda, mix well.

    Add mamra, mix quickly and thoroughly.

    Let cool slightly, then shape into ladus with lightly greased hands.

Tips

Check the jaggery syrup by dropping a bit into water to ensure it forms a ball, indicating it's ready.
