Viral Japanese Yogurt Cheesecake
This recipe going literally viral on social media so I thought of giving it a try. Used local brand greek yogurt which was so delicious and the lotus biscuits to make it budget friendly to take the risk 🙌🏻 as I already had an idea how the taste would turn out !! Because I do these type of experiments myself also 😅
So I can say it just tastes normal and can be tried with flavoured yogurts and with different kinds of biscuits.

Pour Greek yogurt into a container.

Arrange Lotus biscuits in a row, pressing them gently into the yogurt.

Cover and refrigerate for a few hours until the biscuits soften.

Serve chilled.
Tips
For a twist, you can add a drizzle of honey or a drizzle of lotus spread on top before serving.
