Steps

Sift flour, baking soda, and baking powder together.

In a bowl, mix jaggery, oil, milk, and vanilla essence.

Mash ripe bananas thoroughly and add to the bowl.

Add 2 tbsp chocolate chips to the mixture.

Preheat OTG at 160°C for 10 minutes. Line muffin molds with cups.

Add flour mixture to wet ingredients in 3 batches, mixing well each time.

Add vinegar and mix to form a smooth, thick batter.

Fill muffin molds with batter. Sprinkle 1 tbsp chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.

Serve after it cools down.
Tips
Mix the ripe banana thoroughly into the batter for better flavor. Use 2 tbsp chocolate chips in the batter and reserve 1 tbsp for garnishing on top.
