
Cheddar Bay Biscuit Chicken Pot Pie:

Preheat oven to 425°

Set out measured vegetables to thaw

Cut and season chicken, set in fridge for 30-45 minutes

Grease 9x13 pan

Start cooking chicken in choice of oil in skillet until cooked (I use coconut oil for about 8-12 minutes)

Mix together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, soy sauce, thawed vegetables and seasoning

Add chicken to mixture & spread into greased 9x13 pan

Bake for 15 minutes

Make cheddar bay biscuit mix according to box instructions & spoon over the top of baked mixture, level out with spoon

Bake again 15-18 minutes until crust is golden brown

Mix 4 tbsp of butter with cheddar bay seasoning packet and brush all over the top after finishing bake

Serve hot and enjoy! :)
