An absolutely incredible twist given by me to the ever popular drink with the use of mixed Fruits. A perfect one to serve at Iftaar. This particular one is unique in more ways than one. It has Chia Seeds along with Roohafza syrup and horde of fresh seasonal Fruits. A very refreshing one indeed. It should be served chilled. Simple yet so elegant and colourful apart from being healthy of course. Chia seeds add that cooling effect and I make this every other day in the Month of Ramadan to refresh ourselves at Iftaar meals. Come Summers and there is absolutely a tough time for most of us. To beat the scorching heat of the Sun, there is nothing better than this Mojito. Serve this beautiful looking one to family and friends. And what better way to subdue our hunger pangs or sudden cravings than gulping down a chilled glass of this satiating drink. It helps keep our body cool and has a soothing effect on our stomach plus tastes yummy too.
With the addition of mixed Fruits, it becomes even more unique and flavourful. Looks gorgeous and tastes equally awesome too.
Ramadan Mubarak to all my friends on Cookpad!
