In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, jaggery powder and milk.Whisk with whisker.Add pinch of salt and cardamom powder.If necessary add more milk for dropping consistency.

Heat a small uttapa pan.Add little cow ghee in the cavity of pan.Add one tablespoon batter in the cavity.

Cook till golden brown and crispy from both sides.Serve hot with any pickle or chutney.Tasty simple yet healthy recipe for breakfast is ready.
