Ingredients

  • Base
  • 2 cupsCashews or Almonds
  • 1/2 Cupdates firmly packed
  • 1 CupDessiccated coconut
  • 1/3 CupRaw Cacao powder
  • 1/4 CupRaw honey or organic maple syrup
  • Pinchsea salt
  • Chocolate topping
  • 100 gramsCacao Butter (Melted)
  • 1/2 cupCacao powder
  • 1/4 Cuporganic Maple syrup
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a standard square 20cmx20cm tin with baking paper and set aside

  2. 2

    Add all base ingredients into food processor or blender, process until well combined and sticky.

  3. 3

    Transfer to the prepared tin and press to distribute the mixture evenly. Place in fridge to set

  4. 4

    For the topping, add all ingredients onto a bowl and mix well. Pour over your slice and set in fridge or freezer.
