  • 3medium (about 200g) Sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp(chopped) Fresh coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tspblack Salt
  • 1/2 tsp(optional) Chaat masala
  • 2 tspLemon juice

  1. 1

    Wash the sweet potato.Preheat OTG for 10 min at 180 c. Bake sweet potato for 20 min at 180 c. until become soft.

    Peel and slice the sweet potato into rounds.

    Arrange slices on a plate. Sprinkle with blacksalt and chaat masala. Sqeeze lemon juice.

    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.

Tips

You can boil sweet potatoes. Add chopped green chilies.
