Whisk the eggs, add the vanilla, a pinch of cinnamon, coconut oil, and milk, and Date sauce and whisk well.

Then add the salt and whisk well. Next, add the coconut flour and whole wheat flour.

Add water gradually until the mixture has the consistency of pancake or waffle batter.

Add oil to the pan and heat the waffle iron to make waffle pieces, or as desired to make pancakes and waffles.

After the waffle iron and pan are heated, pour some of the batter into the waffle iron to make a small patty, and pour just a tablespoon of the batter into the pan to make a small pancake. Repeat the process.
