This Holi , I am throwing colours💜❤️🟢🖤 on a pizza 🍕 plate, enjoyable to both kids & elders .
Holi is s popular festival in India . A lot of usual & popular sweet & savory dishes are prepared for Holi . But today I have made colourful pizza 🍕🍕 without using pizza sauce. Do try , it's yummy 😋😋😋😋😋

Take the flours in a parat / bowl.Make a dent in the center & add oil, curds, baking powder, cooking soda,chilli flakes, & salt. Mix very well till it resembles breadcrumbs.

Now add water very slowly & knead to a very soft dough. Apply oil on it & cover & rest the dough for at least 30 minutes.

After the resting time, pinch the dough into 3 equal portions. Cover & keep aside.

Cut the vgetables 🍅🧅🌽🫑 in the desired shape. Sprinkle pizza seasoning on it & a pinch of salt. Keep aside.

Heat a non - stick pan & grease it. Take 1 portion of the dough & roll in in a round shape. Sprinkle pizza seasoning on top.

Place a cheese slice 🧇🧇in the centre & sprinkle pizza seasoning on it. Fold from all the 4 sides into a square. (as shown inthe pic below).👇 in

Place the paratha on the non-stick pan & cook it on a slow flame, till brown spots appear on both the sides. Take the paratha on a plate. Make the other 2 parathas the same way. Keep aside.

How to proceed : Take the paratha on a plate. Grate cheese & spread it equally on the paratha.Place diced onions, capsicum, olives, tomatoes & boiled corn all over the paratha.

Take the paratha on the pan & smear all over it with ghee / butter. Cover the paratha & cook till the cheese melts on the top. Cut into wedges 🍕🍕& serve immediately.
Tips
1) Resting time is important to make a soft , paliable paratha.
