Steps

Boil Macaroni in water by adding some oil and salt.

Once macaroni is boiled take starch into a seperate bowl and strain Macaroni with cold water.

In a bowl add some oil and let it heat for 1 min in medium flame. Once oil is hot add finely chopped garlic, corn, chopped onion and let it heat for few minutes.

Add Macaroni starch and let it boil. Add salt pepper and simar it for 1 min. After that add Mayo and mix well till mayo is completely dissolved. Adding starch instead of water gives good consistency to pasta.

Now add boiled Macaroni and mix well and leave it on medium flame for 2 min. Switch-off flame and transfer contents into surving plates and add mexican Nachos to it.
