Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 200 gtuna (about 300g can drained)
  2. 1/2 cupplain flour
  3. 1/2 tsp.baking powder
  4. Sprinkle paprika
  5. 1spring onion, sliced
  6. 1/4 cupmilk
  7. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  8. 1 tsp.Dijon mustard
  9. 1/2 cupcorn
  10. Cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl place all your ingredients and mix until combined.

  2. 2

    Heat a non-stick fry pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray and place scoops of the mixture into pan. Cook a couple of minutes each side.

  3. 3

    Add a dollop of relish or Greek yoghurt and serve with a side salad for a great lunch.
