Ingredients

  • 32 ozLayer of frozen hashbrowns
  • Dozeneggs or carton egg whites & 6 eggs
  • 1/3 cupmilk
  • 1 lbsausage
  • 1Green pepper
  • 1Onion (optional)
  • 2 cupsCheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine ingredients: hashbrowns, peppers, onions, ect then add egg and top with cheese

  2. 2

    Let sit overnight

  3. 3

    Bake covered @ 350 for ~ 1 hr then uncovered for 10
