  • 4big amlas
  • 1 tablespoonpickle masala
  • 1 tablespoon jaggery powder
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1 tablespoonoil
  • Asafoetida, mustard seeds

Steps

    Wash, wipe and grate amlas.Take all the ingredients together.

    Heat a pan add oil in it.Add mustard seeds..Allow to crakle.Add asafoetida and turn off the gas.

    Pour this tadka in to pickle and mix all the ingredients together well.Our instant tasty amla takku is ready to serve.
