Slice the beef thinly and marinate with oyster sauce and black pepper for 10 minutes.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges and chop the scallions.

Beat the eggs until well mixed.

Sauté the scallions in cooking oil until fragrant, then add the beef and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Add the tomatoes and stir until they soften.

Add sesame oil and season with salt to taste.
