  2. 4 tsproohaafza -rose syrup
  3. 1/4 tspblack salt
  4. 1/4 tsprock salt
  5. 6mint leaves
  6. 2 tsplemon juice
  7. 4 tspshocked chia seeds / sabja seeds
  8. 4ice cubes
  9. Chilled water as required

    Remove watermelon rind and cut chunks. Take a blender or juicer jar, blend chunks.

    Add ice cubes, black salt, rock salt, lemon juice, and rose syrup. Add chilled water to adjust consistency to make smooth juice. Strain it once.

    Take a tall glass, add soaked chia seeds / sabja seeds, ice cubes and some roughly cut mint leaves. Pour watermelon Rose juice, fill to end.
