Kerala style karela masala curry

Heat coconut oil in a pan and mustard seeds and curry leaves.Fry the chopped onion with ginger paste until golden brown.

Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt.Then add chopped karala and mix well.Cook the karela over low heat with a lid on until it is soft.Finally add garam masala powder and coconut milk.Boil for another 2minutes and remove from heat when thickened.

Kerala style karela masala curry is ready.
