  2. 1 cupcashews
  3. spices
  4. 1 teaspoonchili powder
  5. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  7. 1 teaspoongaram masala
  8. 2 teaspoonsjaggery
  9. Materials for tadka
  10. 1 spoonoil
  11. 1 teaspoonmustard
  12. 1 teaspooncumin
  13. 1 teaspoonsesame seeds

    Peel the bitter gourd and chop it into long chips, and cut it into two halves with cashew nuts and keep them aside.

    Now add turmeric and salt to it, keep it for 10-15 minutes, drain it, wash it in water and drain it from there too, so that its bitterness reduces.

    Now when the oil in the pan is hot, fry the cashews and then make tadka.

    Now, stir the chips in the oil a little at a time and let them fry.
