Take a kadai. Add ghee. When it gets heated add fresh coconut. Saute well. Then add jaggery and mix it. Cook it until jaggery melts properly.

When jaggery properly dissolves add mango pulp and cardamom powder and mix well. After adding mango pulp to it mixture gets thinner but just stir it properly until it thickens. Filling is ready. Now keep it aside.

Now for cover take another pan add mango pulp and water and mix it. Put ON the gas and stir it. Add ghee and salt in it and stir well.

Now when it brings to boil add rice flour in it and mix continuously. Make sure that it is lump free. Now rest it for at least 10 minutes.

After 10-15 minutes when the dough is warm knead the dough with the gelp of hand and make it smooth. Now cut it into parts.

Take one part shape it round, add coconut mango filling in it and shape it as 'Modak'.

Make steamer ready and steam all 'Modak'. Serve it with pure ghee. Enjoyy.
