First mash the boiled potatoes and remove all thorn from fish and mash nicely. Heat oil in a kadai add chopped garlic, green chilies, ginger fry them some times then add chopped onion and again fry for 4-5 minutes.

Now mix all ingredients carefully and make a dough like fish mixture. Now take some portion of fish mixture and make it cylinderical shape fish finger.

Now crack eggs in a bowl add little salt, mix it properly. Take fish finger coat them with egg mixture then coat them with bread crumbs properly and repeat one more time.

Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and fry the fish finger in medical hot oil until golden brown and crispy from all sides. Take out in a absorbent paper.

Fish Finger is ready to serve with tomato sauce.

Tips
Fish Finger should be fry on low to medium heat.
