To make potato mixture peel and cut boiled potatoes.

Heat 2 tsp oil in pan.add cumin seeds,cook for few seconds then add boiled, chopped green chillies,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,dry mango powder, chopped coriander leaves and salt mix cook for 2-3 mnts remove from fire and mash the potatoes. keep aside.

To make green chutney. In mixer grinder jar put coriander leaves, chopped green chilies, ginger lemon juice, and salt grind in smooth paste keep aside

Take Bread slices apply butter and green chutney.

On top of chutney spread potato mixture then arrange tomato slice, cucumber slices, onion sliced, beetroot slices sprinkle chat masala cover it with chutney spread bread slice.

Put this sandwich in toaster and toast both side golden colour.

Put it in serving plate, spread little butter on toast sprinkle nylon sev and serve.
