Made from a mix so I can switch up ingredients if I need to change the kcal for different things.

Add the dry ingredients to the mixing dish

Make a well in the middle add the liquid ingredients
- 3
Mix them together with a hand mixer, until a smooth batter forms

Pour into a baking tin to about a third from the base. Egg is included so the cake will rise significantly!

Put the dish into an air fryer pan and cook on the cake setting at 120°C for 40 minutes.

Increase the temperature and cook for another 20 minutes at 160°C to brown the top of the cake.

Remove from oven after 60 minutes. Cool in pan.

Use a knife to slide around the edge of the cake and turn it upside down to remove the cake from the pan.

Decorate the cake with edible flowers of your choice.

Serve. Save leftovers in the store in an airtight container for a week!
