Spicy Khaman

Take the khaman flour, add water to it and stir in one direction.

Grease the plate with oil in which the khaman is to be made. Steam the khaman in the steamer for 15 - 20 minutes.

Cut it into pieces when it cools down.

Put oil in a pan and add mustard seeds to it. When it sizzles, add neem leaves and green chilies.

Then add ginger garlic paste and garlic chutney to it and mix well.

Add the khaman pieces to it and mix well and sprinkle coriander on top and serve.
