  1. 1bell pepper 🫑 slices
  2. 1/2onion 🌰 slices
  3. 2 Tspchana dal
  4. 1 Tspurad dal
  5. 1 Tbspoil
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 Tbsplemon juice
  8. 1green chili
  9. 1 Tbspcoriander leaves chopped

Steps

Prep 5 mins Cooking Time 10 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in saucepan add chana dal, urad dal and cook until light golden. Then add bell pepper, onion. coriander leaves, green chili, and saute for 4 to 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame.

    Let it cool completely then add in a blender jar and add salt, lemon juice and some water as required and blend until smooth texture.

    Transfer the mixture in a serving bowl. Delicious and healthy Bell Pepper Chutney is ready Serve with any paratha or idli or snacks.
