1 cupboiled corn 🌽
2small capsicum 🫑
1small onion 🧅
1bread loaf 🍞
6cheese 🍕 slices
1/2 tsporegano
1/2 tspchilli flakes
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper powder

First boil the corn in an open pan with some salt. Strain and cool it. Chop capsicum and onion into small dices to match the size of the corn. Ready all the dry spices. Apply butter on the bread slices and roast them on one side on medium slow gas. Apply butter on the top side of the bread slices too.

Turn and check if nicely toasted on the first side.Take them on a work space. Place 1/2 cheese slice on each of the toasted side of the bread. Mix all the dry spices.

Now arrange boiled corn and capsicum on the cheese slice. Place some chopped onions too.

Sprinkle the spice mix. Now toast the base side of the bread. Place a small container of water to melt the cheese well.

Cover and toast until base is crispy.
