If you have ever eaten Thai food there is normally a little dish (or Jar in cafes) of a Brown sauce with Chillies and Garlic in it. We use as seasoning - as very salty (so you just take the "Juice no Chillies) or to make MORE SPICY (take the chillies leave the Juice) or mix together. Really simple and easy and then your food will taste totally authentic. ENJOY :P

  • 3 TbspFish Sauce
  • 1 TbspChopped birds eye Chillies
  • 1Large Clove Garlic - Finely chopped
  • 1 TspSugar Syrup - or white sugar
  • 1 TbspHot water (Hot helps dissolve sugar if using)

Well I started with Cookpad during Covid....... Guess alot of us did, Amazing Site great to share with passitionate people. I have no formal training but have eaten in some of the best fine dinning restraunts in the world and also learnt from My mum and Grandma with "a pinch of" and "about a handfull" - if we share we love.
