Prik Nam Pla. Thai Fish Sauce - the Main Seasoning Sauce That Goes with All Thai Food - Enjoy :P

If you have ever eaten Thai food there is normally a little dish (or Jar in cafes) of a Brown sauce with Chillies and Garlic in it. We use as seasoning - as very salty (so you just take the "Juice no Chillies) or to make MORE SPICY (take the chillies leave the Juice) or mix together. Really simple and easy and then your food will taste totally authentic. ENJOY :P
