Cooking Instructions
- 1
Chop the sandwich bread in a food processor or with scissors, and place it on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Dry it well in the oven at about 160°F (70°C) for 15 minutes, then set aside.
- 2
Make small cuts on the sides of the pork chops and use a rolling pin or whatever you have on hand to pound them slightly to flatten.
- 3
Coat the chops in flour, then egg, and finally the prepared bread crumbs.
- 4
Fry in plenty of hot oil for a couple of minutes on each side, then remove and place on paper towels to drain.
- 5
Slice the cabbage very thinly and add a little salt and olive oil.
- 6
Mix all the sauces and sugar together and stir well.
- 7
Finally, prepare the plate with everything and it's ready! They're super delicious! (I almost forgot, you can put a bowl with the remaining sauce for anyone who wants to add more).

Yet another recipe I've mined from my old cookbook. This recipe should be good with any type of beer, and much of the alcohol content will probably evaporate during the cooking process. I suppose spätzle is what you'd eat with this. 🇩🇪🐖🍺 蛟龍Stormwyrm -
Asian Inspired Pork Chops Asian Inspired Pork Chops
I have traveled to China many times for work. I absolutely LOVE the food. In this recipe, I play off of some of the ingredients and flavors I have encountered on my travels to make a great Asian-inspired bone-in pork chop. The Chinese 5 spice gives that authentic oriental flavor and aroma of anise, cinnamon, fennel and cloves. The sauce is a sweet and sour flavor with sweetness of onions and garlic, saltiness of soy sauce, and sour pop of rice vinegar. The chops should be tender and moist. If you like spice, add a bit of red pepper flakes. RJ Penn -

Japanese Baked Pork Chop Bento Japanese Baked Pork Chop Bento
Nowadays, kids love fast food, which often lacks balanced nutrition. Using the color principles of Japanese bento boxes can attract children's attention and make them more willing to eat truly nutritious food by offering dishes different from school lunches. You can prepare the side dishes in any order you prefer while cooking the rice. Adjust the baking level to your desired crispiness, depending on your oven type. Pork Chops Pork Chops
These are natural pork chops, not smoked ones. I didn't know how to cook them, so I found a simple recipe online. As usual, I couldn't get all the ingredients, so here's what I used. Note: I use an electric oven, so it takes a bit longer to bake the meat, but if you use a gas oven, it might take less time. Remember to keep an eye on the cooking time. edite_valTranslated from Cookpad Mexico -
