Soak pigeon peas overnight.

Drain excess water and grind in mixer grinder coarsely. Make crush from green chillies, garlic and ginger.

In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients together and mix well.

Heat a pan add oil. Make muthkas by hands. Put in the pan. Shallow fry from both sides till brown and crispy. Serve hot with any pickle or fried green chillies. Very tasty and healthy recipe too
