Ingredients

  • 80 gmsStrawberries
  • 50 gmsRaspberries
  • 50 gmsBlackberries
  • 2 teaspoonsSugar
  • 50 gmsMeringue
  • 300 mlDouble cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash all fruit add teaspoon of sugar let that set while you whip the cream

  2. 2

    Whip the cream with hand mixer adding a teaspoon of sugar

  3. 3

    Mix all fruit together in a bowl add cream

  4. 4

    Add the meringue and mix in well

  5. 5

    Then spoon into dishes

  6. 6

    Serve immediately
