Take 2 cup sattu and make sattu powder then take 1/2 cup ghee add sattu powder roast it on medium flame for 5 minutes it's colour is changing then again add ghee roast it.It will start to release ghee will give nice flavour aroma sattu color slightly change. then switch off the gas. and transfer to a dish cool for sometime.

Then again take 1 tbsp ghee add almond and pumpkin seed roast it

Then add cashew nuts melon seeds and sesame seeds roasted it at last kishmish.

Then then all dry fruits half crush in mixture jar. then transfer to a dish. then add in roasted sattu powder.Add 1 tsp coriander powder.

And add 250 gram jaggery powder mix well and add 1 tbsp ghee mix well and make ladoo. transfer to a dish in decorate with almond and serve healthy tasty protein sattu ladoos.

Tips
We roast sattu powder in ghee properly and make it powder add jaggery properly so sattu laddu become healthy and tasty.
