Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 3sliced onions
  3. Red and yellow capsicum
  4. Garlic and ginger
  5. Sweet soy sauce
  6. Cooking oil
  7. Salt
  8. piecesSliced avocado

Steps

    For the rice

    In a sufuria, add the onions and cook until golden brown. Add 2 cups of water and some salt. Leave to boil then add your one cup of rice. Reduce heat to medium and leave it to cook until dry. In the meantime, prepare the mushrooms.

    For the Mushrooms

    In a hot pan, add some olive oil or any other type of oil to your liking

  5. 5

    Add one of the sliced onions

  6. 6

    Let it cook slightly

  7. 7

    Add garlic and ginger

  8. 8

    Let them cook for a while

  9. 9

    When they're ready, add your well cleaned mushrooms cut into half

  10. 10

    Add some salt and cook for 10minutes on medium heat. Keep on turning them so that they don't overcook.

    Once cooked, add sweet soysauce and mix together for 5minutes

  12. 12

    Once ready, leave aside to cool as you prepare the salad

    For the salad

    Thinly cut the yellow and red capsicum, some onions and add some salt with some sprinkled Olive oil

  15. 15

    Cook for 5minutes in a hot pan and serve when ready with the sliced avocado pieces on the side.

    This meal, servings 2. Try it and you will love it.
