Chocolate Rum Balls
Very simple to make and tastes better with time

Grind the vanilla wafers in a mixie or food processor until it is finely ground

To the ground wafers, add the sugar and cocoa powder. Stir until just combined

To the mixture, add the honey and rum. Mix until the mixture is combined well and resembles dough

Chill the dough in the fridge for about 2 hours

Take the batter out of the fridge and shapen into small balls (about 1 inch)

The rum balls can have any number of toppings - sprinkles, powdered sugar, cocoa powder

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. The rum balls taste better with time and taste the best after a week
