Pan-Fried Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce

An easy and tasty method to make a creamy sauce to go with salmon that been simply pan-fried with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. This dish plays with bringing out the flavor of the salmon while having a contrasting tart and creamy sauce on the side.

An easy and tasty method to make a creamy sauce to go with salmon that been simply pan-fried with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. This dish plays with bringing out the flavor of the salmon while having a contrasting tart and creamy sauce on the side.

In a medium frying pan, heat oil (or butter) and pan-fry the fish until it is cooked thoroughly, seasoning only with salt and pepper. (Probably around 5 minutes a side on medium heat). Make sure the fish is cooked all the way through.

In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, dill, green onion, salt, black pepper, and most of the lemon juice (reserve about a teaspoon of lemon juice). Mix well and set aside.

After the fish is done cooking, sprinkle rest of lemon juice on each side and cover with the cream sauce. Serve in a bowl with rice and assorted vegetables, or eat on its own!
