Ingredients

  • 3salmon salmon fillets , or patties
  • 1 Tablespoonbutter vegetable oil coconut oil , , or
  • 1/2 Cupmayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cupyogurt (or sour cream)
  • 1 Teaspoonmustard
  • 2 Tablespoonsdill freshly chopped
  • 1green onion
  • 1/4 Teaspoonsalt
  • 1/4 Teaspoonblack pepper freshly ground
  • 1lemon ' s juice

    In a medium frying pan, heat oil (or butter) and pan-fry the fish until it is cooked thoroughly, seasoning only with salt and pepper. (Probably around 5 minutes a side on medium heat). Make sure the fish is cooked all the way through.

    In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, dill, green onion, salt, black pepper, and most of the lemon juice (reserve about a teaspoon of lemon juice). Mix well and set aside.

  3. 3

    After the fish is done cooking, sprinkle rest of lemon juice on each side and cover with the cream sauce. Serve in a bowl with rice and assorted vegetables, or eat on its own!
