Ingredients

  • 1 CupCoffee beans
  • 1 Cupwater
  • 2/3 CupMilk
  • Sugar

    Grind the coffee beans in a mixie/grinder/blender. Depending on your coffee beans, the level of fine grinding will vary.

  2. 2

    Transfer the powder to a container for long storage.

  3. 3

    Put 2 tablespoons of the coffee powder in filter.

  4. 4

    Boil water and pour boiling water over the coffee powder in the filter.

  5. 5

    Cover the filter with its lid and wait for 5-10 minutes.

  6. 6

    After 10 minutes, the decoction will be collected at the bottom of the filter container.

  7. 7

    Transfer the decoction and depending on the strength of the coffee, you can pour more water on the powder for a second batch of decoction.

  8. 8

    Fill 1/4 or 1/3rd of a cup with decoction, add hot milk and sugar.

  9. 9

    Mix, froth up by pouring the coffee from a height between two glasses and serve hot.
