Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupextra-virgin olive oil
  2. 3 cupcherry tomatoes, quartered
  3. 4 clovegarlic, thinly sliced
  4. 1/2 tspcrushed red chile flakes
  5. 1 lbjumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
  6. 1 1/2 cupdry white wine
  7. 10 ozspaghetti
  8. 2 tbspfinely chopped parsley
  9. 1sheet yaki noki (roasted seaweed; optional), cut in slivers
  10. 1lemon, juiced
  11. 1black pepper
  12. 1salt

Cooking Instructions

    Heat 1/4 cup oil in 12in. skillet over medium-high heat. Add tomatoes, chile flakes & garlic. Cook, stirring until soft; about 6 mins. Add wine & cook until reduced by 1/2; about 6 mins. Add shrimp, turning once until pink; about 3 mins.

    Cook spaghetti until al dente; about 7 mins. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water. Add pasta to skillet along with cooking water, remaining oil, parley, noki & juice. Cook, tossing, until sauce thickens; about 5 mins. Season with salt & pepper.
