A sour twist to your regular ol' cookies. For the crazy time of the month when you have crazier cravings.

Roll out your cookie dough.
- 2
Cut the sour strip into tiny pieces and press them into the dough.

Cut into desired shapes and bake at 180 c for 9-11 minutes.

Meanwhile, melt some chocolate and add some cayenne pepper, chilli powder, and cocoa and mix well.

Heat some cream and add to this mix and whisk till you get a shiny spicy sauce.

Dip the cooled cookies into this and leave them on a baking sheet to cool some more.

When the chocolate sets, spread some vanilla ice cream and sandwich the cookies and nom nom nom.
