Ingredients

3-serving
  • 1 CupRagi Finger Millet flour /
  • 1/2 CupBengal gram Flour
  • 4 TablespoonsRice Flour
  • 3Onion chopped
  • 2Green chilli chopped
  • 1/4 Teaspoonchilli Powder
  • 1 TeaspoonBengal Gram Dhal
  • To TasteSalt
  • 1/2 CupWater
  • 2Curryleaves Stalk
  • 1 Cupoil

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients (except oil) by adding enough water and make a thick batter.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil to deep fry. Take small quantity of batter and add into the oil and fry till batter turns brown.

  3. 3

    Serve hot Ragi Pakoda with tea.
