Rich But Simple Microwaved Caramels

I wanted to make a simple treat.
Do not burn the caramel. If you burn it, it won't be as good...
The heating times are estimates, so check the caramel doesn't burn.

Steps
- 1
Put all of the ingredients into a heat resistant bowl and microwave for 7 minutes.
- 2
Once you take the bowl out, the oil will have separated, so whisk well with an egg beater. Once you've finished mixing, microwave for another 3 minutes.
- 3
If it's still a little watery, heat it for one more minute. Once the mixture resembles condensed milk, mix well again and heat it for another minute.
- 4
Once it has started to bubble slightly, it will become easy for the caramel to burn. Microwave for 20 seconds at a time until it turns the proper color.
- 5
Pour the caramel on a sheet of parchment paper and chill in the fridge or freezer. Just cut it and it's finished.
- 6
As per a comment from Cookpad user "Yuka324," the microwave time differs by microwave maker. Please adjust the time slightly to your microwave.
