Something from leftover chicken and Tortilla. I got uncooked tortilla pack from COSTCO. Made some chicken curry and enjoyed it. I had some left over so I decided to make Empamosa. You can use any meat or veg you have.

Something from leftover chicken and Tortilla. I got uncooked tortilla pack from COSTCO. Made some chicken curry and enjoyed it. I had some left over so I decided to make Empamosa. You can use any meat or veg you have.

Chef Masala is made from equal parts of Salt, Corriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Chilli Powder and 1/2 Part Tumeric. Mix chicken, Peas, Potatoes with 2 teaspoon of Chef Masala.

Cut the Tortilla in half. Stuff each with mixture. Fold it like a samosa. Put a little water with fingers and close by pressing it. At the bottom fold it a little bit.

Brush each piece with vegetable oil on both sides and bake in oven on a baking sheet at preheated oven at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes or until it is lightly brown.

It is your choice. You can make it on stove top in a pan also.
