Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

Peel poatoes, and keep storing the strips of skin till you have enough. Keep them in an airtight container in the fridge, unwashed. These last for 2-3 days.

  2. 2

On the day you plan to make this dish, use your kitchen scissors to cut the skins up into 1 cm pieces.

  3. 3

Wash, and let the water drain out.

  4. 4

In a big bowl, add the potato skin pieces, salt, gram flour, and water. Mix properly.

  5. 5

Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Now add these pieces to the oil. Make sure that they do not stick together. Preferably do 2-3 batches.

  6. 6

Once the pieces are in, reduce the flame to low.

  7. 7

After 2-3 mins, turn and toss the potatoes skin pieces around.

  8. 8

On medium heat, cook for another 4-5 mins.

  9. 9

Serve these hot! The skin pieces will be crispy, crunchy, and delicious!
