  • 12 ozGluten free Penne
  • 1 lbground hot Italian sausage
  • 1Onion, diced
  • 4 cloveGarlic, minced
  • 8 ozButton Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 tspground black pepper
  • 3 tspItalian Seasoning
  • 14 oz2 cans of Italian seasoned Crushed Tomators
  • 3 cupFresh Spinach
  • 8 ozMozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 2 cupFresh grated Parm/Romano blend

Steps

    Preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    Cook Penne according to package directions

  3. 3

    Brown sausage, onion and garlic

  4. 4

    Add mushrooms, saute 3 minutes

  5. 5

    Add pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes

  6. 6

    Simmer 8 minutes stirring occasionally

  7. 7

    Combine sausage, pasta, spinach, mozzarella and 1/2 of parm/romano

  8. 8

    Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish

  9. 9

    Sprinkle remaining parm/romano on top

  10. 10

    Bake 15 minutes
